I ordered my dog’s food from Chewy, and the shipping updates were super nice. I know it’s a small thing, but I hate wondering where a package is, especially when it’s something my dog actually needs.

They sent emails when it shipped, when it was out for delivery, and then again after it got dropped off. Also, my dog somehow knows when the Chewy box is for him, which is funny. Anyway, I didn’t have to keep checking the site every five minutes.
The box showed up right on time, no issues or weird delays. I just really appreciate being kept in the loop, and Chewy made the whole thing easy.

Everything showed up exactly as I ordered, so no complaints there. i was kind of expecting something to be wrong because that’s happened enough lately to make me a little skeptical, but this order was fine.

Chewy is pretty much the only place I can count on to have my dog’s allergy food in stock. Why is it so hard to find locally?? Stores near me are always hit or miss, but Chewy usually has it when I need it, and reordering is just way less of a hassle.

I’ve been using Chewy’s autoship for my dog food, it’s made things so much easier. The food just shows up around when I need it, and from the way everything has gone so smoothly, I’m guessing they’ve got the timing well figured out. I don’t have to think about reordering every month, which is nice. No problems so far...

The app works overall, but like I said, it can be a little glitchy. My checkout froze twice, which was annoying, but like I said, the order still went through in the end.
