"Great, caring company. Outstanding Customer Service"
Weeks before I found out Looie was sick, I ordered from Chewy a case of 24 cans of his special, vet-approved dog food for his bladder stones. This amount of food would last over 6 months.
Then Looie became sick and quickly crossed over the rainbow bridge after using only 6 of the 24 cans. I didn't want to sell the food because it should only be prescribed by a vet. I contacted Chewy and informed them of the loss of my best friend. I asked if it would be possible to get a partial refund if I returned the food. They immediately responded that they would process a full refund and that I should donate the food to an animal shelter or vet office. I have since donated the food.
Then today, I received a package from UPS which was odd because I had not ordered anything. I grabbed the box and it was slightly opened. I curiously checked the contents and found a beautiful bouquet of roses from Chewy. This is what their note said:

"We're so sorry to hear of your loss of Looie and our hearts go out to you. We know this time is tough and we're always here if you need anything".

"I absolutely loved this service for my…"
I absolutely loved this service for my dog. I cancelled and they asked the reason and I said my dog passed away. They sent me a card with condolences and I am shocked. Amazing company and so glad I used them for my dogs needs.

"I contacted Chewy because I was having a delivery issue."
I contacted Chewy because I was having an issue with their delivery carrier Fed Ex. My order was going to be returned to Chewy and I was asking that they contact Fed Ex to request delivery. My request was quickly forwarded to a supervisor (Claire) who not only filed a case for non delivery with Fed Ex (a common issue I have with Fed Ex), but also sent a replacement of my order and credited my account 40% of my purchase price. It turned out that Fed Ex finally delivered my order after 7 "attempts". Claire insisted that I keep the replacement as well, despite arrival of the original order. She told me that customer service is very important at Chewy. Bravo and well done Chewy! I have never had a customer service interaction this positive. I am impressed and will continue to get my pet supplies from Chewy.

"Shame on them!"
I placed an order for $75 and got this mail:
We're sorry, we're unable to process your recent order *******479. We've identified this order as potentially purchasing items for freight forwarding outside the contiguous United States, and we are unable to process your order at this time. Since we are an online retailer, not a distributor, we encourage businesses like yours to contact a distributor directly.
My answer:
I have no business! I have a 16 years old cat I recently had to take all her teeth out, and this product is the very few things she is accepting to eat! Do you want pictures, so you don't blame in vane? How can you lose a client by making assumptions? You made me place a call and you couldn't ask? If I came to your website is because Amazon doesn't have chicken flavor; they are sending me 10 boxes with 5 packages like yours as we speak, and they are THE MOST IMPORTANT ONLINE RETAILER! What you're doing sounds either as a racist/nationalist matter… or as people very bad in doing businesses and very good loosing clients!

"Hands down absolute best customer service"
Hands down thee absolute best customer service in my almost 49 years of life. Prices are excellent. Delivery is lightning fast 95% of the time. Customer for life!!🙂

"Went above and beyond after losing our pup"
I cannot stress how impressed I am with Chewy as a company. The night after we had to let Jacob go, we got notice that a box of his stuff was about to ship which wasn't a fun email to get at that time. At 3 am we were able to call and speak to an apologetic rep about having it cancelled, and to have all notifications stopped to avoid further pain.

That was incredibly awesome, but it was a few days later that really blew me away. We had to pick up Jacob's ashes yesterday, and when we got home there was a bouquet of flowers on our front doorstep. It was from Chewy, with a condolence note on the passing of our little guy. I know it's probably just a standard thing for them to do as a company, but it's one of the most generous things I've ever seen a company do for someone who's told them of a loss. You expect a condolence email or maybe a card, but a vase of flowers was incredibly surprising, and very welcomed. It's stuff like that that really brings some comfort to a family that needs it, and I will forever recommend them to anyone who has pets. I'm truly grateful for their help and going above and beyond with their customers. Thank you from our family.

"Quick, accurate medication for my Cat."
So far, I have saved 50% on Thyroid medication for "Morris" (Yes he looks like "9 Lives" Morris). The first time I sent in the prescription, the second time I let Chewy contact my Vet. The shipping was instantaneous and well packed.

"Great customer service"
I've had two experiences with Chewy. The first was over two years ago when I first moved. I had ordered some new feeding dishes for my cats and accidentally put my old address on the order. Totally my fault. I emailed them and told them what had happened. They issued a whole new order and sent it to my new address at no charge.
Second one was today. I ordered 5 of one item and two of another. The package was short an item and 5 minutes after I emailed them I got a confirmation that they were sending my item and an apology for the mistake. Good job .

I recently placed an order with Chewy.com and was disappointed with the experience. While the website was easy to navigate and the selection of products was impressive, my order took much longer to arrive than expected. In addition, some of the items I received were damaged and had to be returned.

"Great experience so far"
I ordered for the first time on Tuesday and received my order today, Thursday. I have 2 very picky spoiled kitties and get tired of having to drive to 3 different grocery stores to find the food they'll actually eat because the stores don't always have it in stock. I decided to try Chewy.com. I found all the food I needed, ordering was quick and easy, and it arrived so quickly. I'm very pleased and will order from them as long as it's this way each time. What a relief!

"Chewy sent flowers when my cat died"
I recently called Chewy to request to return something because my cat had died and I no longer needed it. They immediately refunded my money and told me to donate the item to charity. I also received a lovely note of condolence via email.
Today, I received roses from Chewy along with a sympathy note. That is going WAY over and above and I am very impressed. This level of service is almost impossible to find these days, and I am just blown away.

"Excellent customer service"
Excellent customer service! And a human answered!! And not to transfer me to someone else, but to actually efficiently take card of a issue I was having ordering with my CC. She found the issue in her system. She proceeded to make the the corrections, and then place the order from me, keeping me from having to go back online to do it myself. She was polite,
professional and got me sorted in under 5 mins. Other companies need to step up their game, especially with inflation! I was thrilled with my experience.

Chewy has made my life so much easier as a senior for my senior long haired chihuahua Nellie she loves all the food and treats I have ordered from Chewy and the prices are even cheaper than Walmart with the auto ship customer service is great as well if I could give a 10 star review I would delivered the next day and I don't have to lift heavy cases of dog food. Thanks Chewy
